Planning Commission unanimously approves expansion of Banbury Drive religious institution

The Planning Commission unanimously approved a conditional-use authorization to alter and add to an existing religious institution on Banbury Drive (RH‑1D zoning). Planning staff presented corrections to the case report and a recommendation for approval; the project sponsor described design changes to improve street presence and proposed repaving an existing easement. Neighbors raised alleyway and driveway access questions; the architect said proposed planting would be contained in planters and repaving would create a clearer boundary. Commissioners voted 6–0 to approve the project with staff amendments.
