SFUSD board reconvenes to approve three stipulated expulsions and authorize OAH payments

At the meeting’s reconvening the board moved and seconded approval of three stipulated expulsion agreements covering one elementary and two high‑school students. The motions specified length of expulsions and alternative placements during the enforcement period (examples in the record include one elementary matter "20232024 number 209" for one calendar year and a high school matter "20232024 number 32" also for one calendar year).
