Oversight committee re‑elects Matthews as chair, Crawford as vice chair; minutes approved

The Citizens General Obligation Bond Oversight Committee unanimously reelected Tim Matthews as chair and kept Vice Chair Crawford in the vice‑chair role during its meeting. A motion to nominate Matthews passed on a roll‑call vote with recorded ‘Aye’ responses from Vice Chair Crawford, Member Larkin, Member Pantoja, Member Sanderlin, Member Tongue and Matthews himself. A subsequent motion to keep Crawford as vice chair also passed unanimously.

The committee then voted to approve the minutes of the April 24, 2023 meeting after a member confirmed they had reviewed the recording. Committee staff reviewed upcoming meeting dates and liaison assignments for the next year and noted one liaison vacancy that the committee expects to fill.

The meeting opened with standard public‑comment instructions and a Ramaytush Ohlone land acknowledgment. There were no members of the public who provided comment during the meeting.
