Bond oversight committee adopts teleconference resolution, approves minutes and revised bylaws

The Citizens' General Obligation Bond Oversight Committee adopted a resolution allowing teleconference meetings during the COVID-19 emergency, approved the minutes of its Oct. 24, 2022 meeting, and approved revised committee bylaws incorporating a parental leave policy required by a Board of Supervisors ordinance.
