Provenance and supplementary material

This package maps each article to transcript segments used as evidence, lists speakers whose quotes may be attributed in the articles, and records authorities and actions extracted from the meeting transcript.

Provenance for each article is given in its respective provenance field. Quotes in article text are attributable to speakers listed in each article's speakers array. If a statement in the article could not be tied to a named speaker, the text remains unattributed per the attribution rules.
