Fire Commission adopts teleconference findings and approves April minutes

The San Francisco Fire Commission voted unanimously to adopt Resolution 2022-09, which sets forth findings allowing the commission to hold teleconferenced meetings under California Government Code section 54953(e). The item was moved, seconded and there was no public comment on the resolution prior to the vote.

The commission also considered and unanimously approved the minutes from its April 27, 2022 regular meeting after a motion by Commissioner Armee Morgan and a second by Commissioner Francie Covington.

The meeting concluded after routine business; a motion to adjourn was moved and seconded and Vice President Nakajo recorded a "yes" vote. The meeting was adjourned at 10:12 a.m.

Each of the formal votes was recorded in the meeting transcript as unanimous; no roll-call dissent or recorded abstentions are noted in the transcript.
