Fire Commission meets in closed session on litigation and votes not to disclose

The Commission convened a closed session to discuss litigation pursuant to California Government Code section 54957(b) and San Francisco Administrative Code section 67.1(b). The motion to enter closed session was moved and seconded and carried unanimously. The body returned to open session at 06:10 and, after confirming there was no reportable action to announce, held a roll-call vote on whether to disclose any portion of the closed-session discussion. Vice President Acasio voted to not disclose, the motion was seconded, and the Commission voted unanimously to keep the closed-session discussions confidential under San Francisco Administrative Code section 7.12(a).
