Commission approves minutes, grants Gentilly LLP permit on consent and adopts findings to allow teleconference meetings

The commission took three procedural votes during its remote meeting.

First, members voted to approve the minutes from the Dec. 21, 2021 meeting. The roll call record shows President Blyman, Vice President Camino, Commissioners Lee, Perez, Thomas and Wang voting in the affirmative.

Second, the commission approved a consent-calendar item: a limited live performance permit for Gentilly, 4826 Mission Street. Staff reported no opposition and no additional police conditions; the commission approved the consent calendar and congratulated the permit applicant.

Third, the commission considered and adopted a resolution making findings to allow teleconference meetings under California Government Code section 54953(e). No public comment was received on the item and the resolution passed by roll-call vote of the present commissioners.

All three items were approved by the commission; the meeting proceeded to commissioner comments and was adjourned at 5:59 p.m.
