LAFCO votes unanimously to urge SFPUC to adopt workforce and environmental‑justice procurement policy

After public comment concluded, Vice Chair Fielder moved the resolution, Commissioner Williams seconded, and the clerk recorded three ayes (Preston, Williams, Felder). The resolution was approved.
