Votes at a glance: minutes, Sharp Park, remote hearings, legacy businesses and context statement approved

At its Sept. 21, 2022 meeting the Historic Preservation Commission recorded the following formal actions and vote tallies (all votes unanimous among commissioners present, 6-0):

• Approval of Minutes — Motion to adopt draft minutes for the Architecture Review Committee hearing of 08/17/2022 and the regular meeting of 09/07/2022. Vote: 6-0.

• Sharp Park Resolution — Motion to adopt a resolution supporting the Board of Supervisors' Sharp Park resolution (with amendments referenced in staff materials including historical clarifications and community involvement in interpretive signage). Vote: 6-0.

• Remote Hearings Resolution (case 2021-009976 CRV) — Motion to adopt standard resolution to allow remote hearings when necessary. Vote: 6-0.

• Legacy Business Registry — Motion to adopt staff recommendations approving six legacy business registry applications (Blazing Saddles; Mariposa Hunters Point Yacht Club; Larkins Brothers Tire Company; Hotel Boheme; Cafe Le Bon; Club Deluxe). Vote: 6-0.
