- Retail alcoholic beverage license: Approved 2024 retail alcohol license for 7 N Ranch (motion approved by roll call).
- Property tax exemptions: Approved tax‑exemption applications including one for an LDS Church facility and one for Community Council of Idaho (501(c)(3)); staff noted some incomplete application answers but recommended approval with attachments.
- Claims: Approved county claims from 02/12/2024 to 02/23/2024 totaling $1,245,954.81. The board discussed a large solid‑waste compactor charge reported at $875,815 (the transcript records the compactor as a major line item within the solid‑waste total). Motion approved by roll call.

- McPherson Meadows Division No. 1 (administrative plat): Approved administrative plan division (motion approved by roll call).
- Blue Cross amendments: Approved an amendment to the stop‑loss contract and administrative‑services agreement amendments for RxDC reporting and mental‑health parity / surprise‑billing protections (motions approved by roll calls).
- Equipment purchase: Approved purchase of a 2024 Polaris 570 from Golden Spike Powersports (Ashton, ID) for $9,949 to replace a park/weed‑control side‑by‑side; replaced unit to be auctioned and proceeds placed in a reserve account (motion approved by roll call).
Other routine items — signatures, ACH banking signature for MountainStar processing, DOC/claims details, construction change orders, planning updates and department head reports — were discussed or referred to staff without separate formal board action.
Each of the above motions will be reflected in the county’s official minutes and contract records. Members of the public who testified on the Sunset View Estates preliminary plat were told the approval is preliminary and that staff will enforce the conditions before final plat recordation.
