Commission approves recommended residential tax action labeled 'Lisa 2'

The Utah County Commission approved a residential tax action listed on the agenda as "Lisa 2" after the chair noted the county attorney and assessor recommended approval.

During the regular agenda the chair asked whether any members of the public were present to speak on the tax items; a resident identified the matter as related to a residence. The chair stated the recommendation from attorneys and the assessor's office was to approve. Commissioner Speaker 5 moved to adopt the recommendation; Speaker 7 seconded. The motion was moved and seconded, all in favor said "Aye," and the chair recorded the motion as passing 3–0.

No members of the public spoke further on the item and the commission proceeded to the next agenda items.
