Board approves campground host contract and seasonal vendor for county lake events

Jefferson County commissioners approved a contract to hire a campground host for the county lake and approved a seasonal vendor contract for events.

Parks staff introduced Dory Coonrad (recorded as Dory Coonrad at SEG 1803) as the new Jefferson County Lake Campground host, with a contract starting May 1; the board moved to approve the contract and voted by roll call to accept it.

Staff also presented a vendor contract for a converted horse-trailer vendor (named variably in the record as "Palaminoponi," "Palomino Poni" and similar spellings). The vendor provided required insurance and background information for seasonal event participation; the board moved to approve the vendor contract and approved it by roll call.
