Commissioners refer Romeo bid, approve claims and consent agenda in Oct. 24 meeting

After recognitions and a public hearing on a zoning resolution for marijuana businesses, the Yellowstone County Board of County Commissioners handled routine business.

Commissioner Morris announced a single bid from Romeo Entertainment Group and moved to refer the bid to staff for recommendation; the board referred the bid to staff by voice vote. The board approved claims numbered 24‑051 through 24‑055 and approved the consent agenda and file items by voice votes.

During county business, Dave Goodridge, a local real estate broker, asked for public support for an informational campaign to place language on the June primary ballot for a 10‑year local government review committee and associated levy language. The board then adjourned.
