Utah County honors jail maintenance worker Dallin Duell as employee of the month

During the opening of the meeting commissioners recognized Dallin Duell as Utah County’s employee of the month. A nomination letter from Nick Lance — read by a commissioner — praised Duell’s 15‑plus years of service, his work maintaining the Utah County Jail and multiple other county buildings, and his role managing the county camera system. Duell accepted the recognition but declined to give remarks beyond brief thanks. Commissioners and staff took photos and thanked him publicly.
