Landowner appeals greenbelt removal for contiguous farm parcel near Spanish Fork

A Spanish Fork property owner appealed the assessor’s removal of greenbelt classification for roughly 7.12 acres that the speaker said have been farmed for decades and remain contiguous despite adjacent annexations.
