County swears in two deputies and approves Metropark street dedication for longtime employee

Later in the meeting Michael May, identified as president of the Metropark Advisory Board, asked the county to allow naming an internal Metropark service road in honor of Bill Dutcher, recognizing 40 years of park service. Commissioner Morris moved to approve the dedication; the board seconded and approved the request by voice vote. The dedication relates to an internal park road and does not create a public-street naming process.
