Committee approves budget guidelines and consent agenda; scheduling and next steps set

At the Nov. 18 meeting the school committee took three procedural actions by voice vote.

Budget guidelines: The committee approved the budget-guidelines motion after a budget-subcommittee update recommending a 3.75–4.25% operating increase range that translates to a $2.3–$2.9 million reduction from level services.
