Director flags AdventHealth trail, Graywill office-warehouse; next meeting to include officer elections

Antonio, Community Development Director, used the board report to remind members that the next meeting after the election will include the statutorily required election of officers and a legal refresher on sunshine laws by the legal department (Lindsay). He recommended scheduling the next substantive meeting in January to avoid holiday scheduling and to accommodate a pending special-use-permit applicant.

Antonio said board members may see construction activity for an AdventHealth Trail project near Lake Ottawa (behind Waterman Hospital) and reviewed a proposed Graywill Office Warehouse — an approximately 6,000-square-foot office-warehouse development near West Street and North Ingram Avenue.

No formal action was taken on these project updates; staff asked members to expect related agenda items in upcoming packets.
