Applicant seeks address and utilities for North Street parcel intended as market garden

A resident/applicant (identified as Kyle) asked city staff for help bringing utilities to a vacant parcel on North Street intended for small-scale farming and a market garden. The applicant said he has an active question with the electric provider and that he can respond to any provider comments within about 60 days.

Staff asked for contact information and said the city would follow up by email with the recorded affidavit and next steps. The item was closed without action; staff said they will follow up to assist with address assignment and to confirm which utility providers should be contacted.
