Comal County approves agreements for Hidden Valley AC replacement and Jumbo Evans tennis courts

County staff asked the court to authorize two project agreements and to allow the county judge to sign. The first project would replace and rehabilitate air-conditioning units at Hidden Valley Sports Park's gymnasium; staff said the county budgeted $65,000 and the Community Resource and Recreation Center of Canyon Lake (CRC) is contributing $21,000 toward that project. The second agreement covers two new tennis courts at Jumbo Evans Sports Park; staff said the county has budgeted just over $385,000 and the Spring Branch Tennis Association is donating $10,000. Commissioners moved, seconded and approved both agreements without further comment.
