On Nov. 13 the City Council approved a set of land‑use and plat-related housekeeping items.
Staff explained a quitclaim deed from AV Apartments LLC for Reserve A related to Founders Parkway replatting; the council moved to accept the quitclaim deed and approved it unanimously.
The council then considered a vacation order for a portion of the front-yard building setback at 123 West Cloud, where Andover Auto Body plans an addition that, because of roadway curvature, would otherwise violate a 35-foot setback. Staff said the applicant had already received a variance and this vacation clears a platting/formality issue; council adopted the vacation order.
Finally, council approved a small drainage easement in Vista Ridge Second Addition (first phase) so a sewer pipe can be installed. All three items were approved by voice vote.
