Council approves new caterer’s victualling license and a temporary liquor permit for a Dec. 19 event

The council approved a victualling license for Pizza and Catering Gourmet LLC (d/b/a Pizza and Catering Gourmet) at 1113 Charles Street. Applicant David Gulart told council members the business will operate takeout hours generally from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. to accommodate corporate delivery preparation and that evening event hours for banquet bookings would extend as necessary; council members discussed hours and event logistics during the presentation.

The council also approved a Class F‑1 liquor license for Easy Bar LLC for an event at Camp Meehan on Dec. 19, 2025. Both approvals were made by voice vote after motions and seconding by council members; vote tallies were recorded as voice votes with “the ayes have it.”

No additional restrictions or conditions beyond the standard licensing process were recorded in the meeting minutes for either approval.
