Court approves Chapter 381 deal for Faith Technologies; company pledges capital investment and jobs

The El Paso County Commissioners Court on Nov. 3 approved a Chapter 381 economic development agreement to support Faith Technologies’ planned expansion into El Paso County.

Economic development staff presented the proposed incentive package and milestones. The staff report described a project with a capital investment cited at $52,500,000 and a pledge to create full‑time jobs that pay above the county median wage.
