Committee records corrected project description for Citadel Village; unit mix and 12‑story height confirmed

The Housing Commercial Loan Committee recorded a correction to the project description for Citadel Village on Oct. 29, confirming the development will be a 12‑story mixed‑use building with 96 total units and a revised breakdown of one‑, two‑ and three‑bedroom units.

City staff told the committee that a previous presentation on March 26, 2025, contained an incorrect description. The corrected description, read for the record, states Citadel Village will have 54 one‑bedroom/one‑bath units, 36 two‑bedroom/two‑bath units and six three‑bedroom/three‑bath units, and that ground floor space will be used for commercial uses. Staff noted all units will be bond‑assisted and that 36 of the units will be HOME‑assisted.

Committee members asked whether the item required action; staff said the correction was placed on the record and no committee vote was necessary.
