Board approves 1-lot subdivision for Dowk Rural Development No. 3 in Le Ray Township

County planning staff presented PC 22-25, a request from Thomas and Sharon Dowk to replat a parcel as Dowk Rural Development No. 3, a one-lot subdivision in Le Ray Township.
