House State Affairs committee introduces resolution commending Boise State women's volleyball for forfeiting games over eligibility concerns

Representative Ehart introduced RS31870, a resolution commending the Boise State University women's volleyball team for decisions to forfeit matches against San Jose State after the team raised concerns about a San Jose State competitor's eligibility. Ehart criticized the Mountain West Conference and the NCAA for allowing the situation to occur and repeated her view that the forfeitures reflected integrity.

Ehart said the governor had weighed in and that "our incoming president, Donald Trump, has made it very clear this is not going to continue to happen," language she used in her remarks.
