Board approves consent agenda, CISA contract and accepts $2,500 donation

The Franklin Public School District board on April 9 approved the consent agenda, separately approved a CISA contract pulled from the consent list and accepted a $2,500 donation from S&C Electric Company to support career-and-technical education programs.

Routine approvals and motions
- The board approved the meeting agenda and the consent agenda by voice vote. The initial motion to approve the agenda was made by Mrs. Witkowski and seconded by Mrs. Superski; members present voted in favor and the motion carried.
- The CISA (Cybersecurity Information Sharing Agreement) contract had been pulled for discussion. Mrs. Witkowski moved to approve the CISA contract as presented; the motion was seconded and the board carried the motion by voice vote.

Donations and calendar notes
- The board accepted a $2,500 donation from S&C Electric Company designated for CTE scholarships, internships and related supports. The acceptance motion was made and seconded; the board carried the motion by voice vote.
- The board announced several calendar items: a Key Communicators meeting on April 15, regular board meeting dates (April 23 and May 7), and the district's Business Partner Breakfast on April 29 at Ascension Southeast Wisconsin Hospital, Franklin Campus.
