Council approves two simple subdivisions on Oxford Boulevard and Duncan Avenue

Hampton Township Council approved two simple subdivision applications on April 23 after the Land Use Administrator recommended approval subject to conditions listed in memos dated April 17.

The first, a simple subdivision on Oxford Boulevard (application 25-02), splits an existing parcel containing two condominium commercial offices so that one office building will be on its own parcel. The Land Use Administrator presented proposed conditions of approval and recommended the council approve the application contingent on those conditions; the council approved the motion by roll call (Mr. Scholey, Miss Blackburn, Miss Fritch, Mr. Midgley and Dr. Johnson all voted in favor).

The second, the Matheny Duncan Avenue simple subdivision (application 25-03), splits a single lot into two parcels on Duncan Avenue. The Land Use Administrator again recommended approval subject to the conditions outlined in the Land Use Administrator’s memo dated April 17; the council approved by roll call (votes in favor recorded for Miss Blackburn, Miss Fritch, Mr. Midgley, Mr. Scholey and Dr. Johnson).

Both approvals were recorded as contingent on the conditions in the Land Use Administrator’s April 17 memo; council did not identify amendments to those conditions at the meeting.
