Central Valley board approves declaring two tax parcels unused and moves to sell property to Menaka borough

The Central Valley School Board on May 22 approved a resolution declaring tax parcel numbers 36002051300 and 360020204000 unused and unnecessary, and approved an agreement of sale between the district and the borough of Menaka for parcels listed as 377,206,000 (attachment E and related attachments). The sale is subject to final review and approval by the district solicitor and authorizes district officials to sign all documents necessary to complete the transfer.

Board members moved and seconded the resolution and authorized the district to take all actions necessary to complete the transfer pending solicitor review.

The board recorded the motion as carried on the meeting record. No purchase price, closing date or additional conditions were detailed on the public motion as read into the record; the agreement was approved “subject to the final review and approval of solicitor” as stated by the board.
