Board approves residency for applicant at 204 Randall Court, Apartment C

The Green Bay Offender Residency Board approved an address-specific residency for an applicant to move to 204 Randall Court, Apartment C following a brief hearing in which the applicant said his probation officer advised against his previously approved address because it was close to Southwest High School.

A board member moved to approve the applicant’s request as address-specific and a second supported the motion. The board voted in favor with no recorded opposition. The board reminded the applicant that, if he later moves from 204 Randall Court, Apartment C, he must return for approval.
