Cumming authorizes pursuit of recovery for additional water treatment costs

After an executive session, the Cumming City Council voted 5-0 to authorize staff to enter into an agreement to pursue recovery of additional costs related to water treatment.

The council adjourned to executive session for “personnel matters as well as pending and or threat[ened]” issues and later reconvened. Councilmember Kevin requested the motion: “Mister mayor, if we could get a motion, to enter into an agreement to pursue recovery of, additional cost for treatment of water.” A motion was made and seconded and the council approved it 5-0.
