Commission approves consent items FP25029 and FP25032; staff corrects a clerical name on the agenda

The Jefferson County Planning and Zoning Commission approved two consent items on the meeting agenda: FP25029 and FP25032. Both motions passed unanimously.

At the start of the meeting staff noted a clerical error on the agenda: the first consent item, FP25029, was typed as "Winding Bluffs" on the agenda; staff corrected the record and said the correct name is "Winding Meadows." Commissioner Husky moved to approve the agenda with that note; the motion passed. Later, Commissioner Jeffrey Sprawl moved to approve FP25029; Commissioner Aaron Ishmael seconded and the item passed unanimously. Commissioner Ishmael then moved to approve FP25032; Commissioner Sparks seconded and that item also passed unanimously.
