Board approves budget analysis and bills paid report

Staff presented the budget analysis showing Lake Agassiz income and expense activity year to date. Staff said dues income for the year was listed as $36,945 with $22,000 received as of May 31, and an expense budget of $227,050 with $137,072 spent and roughly $89,000 remaining; staff reported an ending bank balance in late May of about $136,546 after accounting entries.

Tab C listed invoices paid since the last meeting; staff said the detailed invoices could be provided on request. The Board approved the budget analysis and the bills paid report by roll call vote.

Less urgent: staff noted the tab D summary shows which systems have paid dues and that additional receipts in June will be reflected in the next board book.
