Lycoming County approves three-year contract for data-center support at $78,059.29 per year

Lycoming County commissioners approved a three-year support contract with a vendor listed in the meeting materials as “Millilo,” providing maintenance and support for the county’s back-end and data-center equipment at a cost of $78,059.29 per year.

Leslie, an information-technology presenter, told commissioners that a one-year agreement would have cost about $110,000 and that locking a multi-year term produced significant savings. Commissioners praised Leslie for negotiating the multi-year arrangement.

The contract was approved by voice vote; staff said the three-year term will cover ongoing support for core infrastructure. The agenda did not specify additional implementation milestones or which department’s budget line would be charged.
