Commission survey to remain open through August; 12 responses so far, summary planned for September meeting

Staff reported that the commission's outreach survey will remain open through August to allow for fall enrollment and more responses; 12 responses had been submitted at the time of the meeting.

"I think last I checked, there was 12 responses," staff said. The commission previously discussed keeping the survey open to let new students settle in and to allow commissioners and community members to distribute printed flyers; staff said responses have not yet been tabulated and the automated codifier on the city website will show the adopted code language once available.

Staff recommended, and the commission did not object, to leave the survey open through August and to bring a summary to the September meeting unless the commission decides to extend the period further.
