Lafayette Renew signs off on Ninth Street culvert repair completed June 13, 2025

Lafayette Renew recommended execution of a certificate of final completion for the Ninth Street culvert repair, saying the contractor has finished the work.

"First item on that you have on your agenda is a request for a to execute a certificate of final completion for the Ninth Street Culvert repair project. Inliner Solution has completed all this work and with a completion date of 06/13/2025," Brad Talley of Lafayette Renew said.

The council moved and seconded approval of the certificate and approved it by voice vote. A council member noted they have used the contractor before and said, "Yeah. I do a good job," in reference to the company's prior work.

The action formally accepts the contractor's completion of the culvert repair and authorizes staff to finalize closeout paperwork. The transcript does not record a roll-call tally for the vote.
