Council approves sole-source contracts for two vendors to continue minor home repair program

East Point — The City Council on July 21 approved sole-source contracts with House Prowl ATL and Greenheart Construction to continue the city's minor home repair and housing rehabilitation program, using funds previously allocated for fiscal year 2026.

"We have put this out before for an RFP. Then we also put it out for an RFQ.
