Board approves HR reclassifications and temporary part-time solicitor appointment

Human Resources Director Wendy Heath asked the board to reclassify a full-time HR generalist to a senior HR generalist (labor grades L&A 1 to L&A 2) to create an internal promotional opportunity and cover increased workload.
