Council schedules public hearing on $29.8 million pump station bond ordinance

The council and city finance staff said that if the project is approved through the state program, the funding would be apportioned between a grant portion and an 80% loan portion to be repaid over 20 years at below‑market interest rates typically associated with the Clean Water Fund.
