Board approves new summarization-of-repairs cover sheet for future cases

The adjudication board voted unanimously to approve a summarization-of-repairs form that will serve as a cover sheet for new cases coming before the board. The motion passed on a roll-call vote following a brief discussion and will be effective at the board’s next meeting.

A board member moved to approve the form as presented and the board recorded yes votes from Miss Gamblin, Miss Johnson, Miss Warner, Mister Sharath and Miss Mazunga. The chair said the form will be used as a cover sheet for any new cases filed after the change and confirmed existing cases already before the board would not be retroactively affected.

Board members asked procedural clarifying questions about case coverage and timing; staff confirmed the form will be attached to materials and packets going forward.
