Recorder’s office outlines voter registration and document-notification services

A recorder’s office staff member told meeting attendees that the office offers two main services: voter registration and recording official documents, primarily real estate transactions. The staff member said residents can “register for free to receive instant notifications when a new document is recorded for any name that you subscribe and interest in.”

The staff member described the online registration as short and said only a name, email address and password are required. “You’ll be able to search for any already recorded document or set up notifications for new ones,” the staff member said.
