Votes at a glance: Parowan council approves licenses, America 250 stipend and consultant scope

Parowan City Council recorded the following formal actions on July 31, 2025. Motions were approved by voice vote unless otherwise noted.

- Consent agenda (items 5–6): Approval of city council meeting minutes (with a noted date correction) and the warrant register for July 31, 2025. Motion carried.

- Off-premise beer licenses (item 7): Council approved local consent for off-premise beer licenses for Maverick (new store), Family Dollar and Pizza Barn. Motion carried.

Motion carried. Council noted the city will appropriate the fee up front and seek reimbursement if the grant is awarded.
