Board of Education approves consent agenda; personnel item 4.02(13) passes with one abstention

The Board of Education approved its consent agenda at a special meeting, including the personnel items listed under agenda item 4.02(13); one board member abstained on that item. The board waived the reading of the support staff and personnel list before voting.
