Space with Grace event venue special use approved for 2005 Main Street

The North Little Rock City Planning Commission approved a special-use permit allowing Tina Adams to reopen Space with Grace event venue at 2005 Main Street.

Tina Adams told the commission she plans to reopen the former wedding and event venue offering weddings, rehearsal dinners, galas and similar events. Staff explained that special uses are tied to the person or operator, so a change in ownership or management requires a new special-use approval even where a property previously held the same use.

No members of the public spoke; commissioners voted by roll call to approve and advised Ms. Adams to meet with planning staff prior to operating. The commission recorded an affirmative vote and the matter was closed with instructions to coordinate with staff on the permit's conditions and next steps.
