Applicant withdraws Kids Garden conditional-use permit application at 10017 Folsom Blvd.

The applicant for a proposed Kids Garden at 10017 Folsom Boulevard withdrew the conditional-use permit application before staff presentation at the Rancho Cordova Planning Commission meeting on Aug. 13.

Planning Department staff informed the commission that "the Kids Garden applicant has withdrawn their application for the conditional use permit, so [we] no longer have a presentation for you today," and no presentation was made.

Because the application was withdrawn, the commission opened and then closed the public comment period and took no formal action on item 6.1. Commission members confirmed there were no speaker cards for the item. The commission moved on to the next agenda item after staff's announcement.
