Council approves $8,721 website redevelopment agreement for initial year

City staff said the vendor will overhaul the site and that year‑one costs include onboarding; the contract will automatically renew in subsequent years at an annual fee estimated at $600–$700. Staff estimated a 10–12 week design and implementation timeline but cautioned delivery could take longer depending on vendor staffing and review cycles. The goal is to have the new site launched before year‑end.

Council members approved the contract by motion. Staff said the platform includes optional add‑ons the city may consider later as internal capacity to manage expanded services grows.
