Nikko Asian Fusion introduces owners as council approves consent agenda including liquor license

Owners of Nikko Asian Fusion introduced themselves to the Pinetop Lakeside Town Council Wednesday as the council considered a consent‑agenda item that included a liquor‑license application for the new restaurant. The owners, Reddy Sanjaya and his co‑owner and wife, identified the planned business as a hibachi, sushi and ramen restaurant at 674 East North Mountain Boulevard, Suite 7, and said they planned to offer draft Japanese beers such as Kirin and Sapporo.
