Council approves purchase of bronze sculpture 'Twist in Time' for up to $20,000

The Liberty City Council on June 2 approved an artwork purchase and exhibition agreement to acquire a bronze sculpture titled Twist in Time by James Ayer in an amount not to exceed $20,000.
