Addison board approves consent‑agenda payables totaling about $1.94 million

The Village of Addison board on Aug. 18 approved a consent agenda that included three accounts‑payable directives totaling $1,938,580.23, the board said.

The committee earlier in the evening reviewed the directives and recommended approval to the full board. The items approved on the consent agenda were listed as Directive 26‑22 for $748,074.94, Directive 26‑23 for $32,075.52 and Directive 26‑24 for $1,158,429.77. Together those amounts total $1,938,580.23.

Trustees approved the consent agenda by roll call with Trustees Del Rosario, Klusny, O'Brien and Reyes voting yes; two trustees were absent. No discussion or amendments to the consent agenda items were recorded during the board vote.

The board recorded the committee's earlier approval of similar directive items; committee discussion occurred before the full‑board roll call. The approval authorizes staff to process payments as listed in the directives; the meeting record does not show line‑item detail beyond the directive identifiers and amounts.
